Importing a public library
Once you have found an interesting library for you, import it into Wordscope. Import copies the prompts into your account so you can reuse them on your projects.
After import, the prompts sit in your library list. They do not fill the ChatGPT bar by themselves: they become action buttons only when you tick Action and click Save. That way you can import a full medical or legal pack and show only the two or three actions you need on this job.
You can import in two ways: directly from the Public Libraries tab in the editor (no file to save), or by downloading a file on the website and importing that file in Wordscope (useful if you want a backup .wpl on your computer).
Import from the Public Libraries tab
Use this when you already opened the catalogue inside Wordscope and you are ready to add the pack to your account without leaving the editor.
To import from the Public Libraries tab:
1️⃣ Open a project.
2️⃣ Click the ChatGPT button.
3️⃣ Click the Libraries button.
4️⃣ Open the Public Libraries tab.
5️⃣ Find the library you want.
6️⃣ Click Import.
7️⃣ Tick Action on the prompts you need.
8️⃣ Click Save.
Import after downloading from the website
Use this when you found the library on the public page in your browser. You download a Wordscope library file, then bring it into Wordscope like any other .wpl import.
To import after downloading from the website:
1️⃣ On the Wordscope Public Prompt Libraries page, click Download.
2️⃣ In Wordscope, click the ChatGPT button.
3️⃣ Click the Libraries button.
4️⃣ Click Import and select the downloaded file.
5️⃣ Tick Action on the prompts you need.
6️⃣ Click Save.
Libraries you already imported show an Already imported badge. You do not need to import them again unless you deleted that library and want it back.
After import, try one or two buttons on a real segment before you activate a whole pack. That avoids filling the ChatGPT bar with buttons you never use.
