An Excel file with prompts

Use Excel when you already have many instructions in a spreadsheet, or when you want to draft a pack outside Wordscope (for example a list of client-specific rewrite prompts). Import fills Label, Description and Prompt into the library you selected.

Options such as Use Live web search or track changes are set afterwards in Wordscope, not in the spreadsheet. After import, tick Action only on the prompts you want on the ChatGPT bar.

To import prompts from Excel:

1️⃣ Open a project.

2️⃣ Click the ChatGPT button.

3️⃣ Click the Libraries button.

4️⃣ Select the library that should receive the prompts.

5️⃣ Open the Browse tab.

6️⃣ Click Import XLS.

7️⃣ Choose your Excel file (columns: Label, Description, Prompt).

8️⃣ Download a sample file if you need a model: wordscope_prompt_library_example.xlsx

9️⃣ After import, open a prompt if you need to turn on Use Live web search or track changes.

🔟 Tick Action where needed.

11️⃣ Click Save on the Libraries toolbar.
