Share a library

Use Share when you want someone else to get a copy of your library: a colleague on the same account type, a reviser, or a group of translators who work on the same domain.

Wordscope creates a private link. You send that link by email, paste it on a social network, or keep it as a backup. The recipient downloads the library file and imports it. Only the owner of the library can create this link, and the library needs at least one prompt with a Label and a Prompt.

To share a library:

1️⃣ Open a project.

2️⃣ Click the ChatGPT button.

3️⃣ Click the Libraries button.

4️⃣ In the library list, select the library you want to share.

5️⃣ Click Share in the Prompt Libraries toolbar.

6️⃣ Wordscope creates a Share URL.

7️⃣ Click Copy (or Open if you want to preview the page first).

8️⃣ Send the link to a friend, paste it on a social network, or keep it private.

Only the owner of a library can create a share link. The library must contain at least one prompt with a Label and a Prompt.

After you click Share, copy the link.

Then choose how you share:

• With a friend – send the link by email or chat
• On social networks – paste the URL on LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
• On the Wordscope public page – tick the public listing checkbox (this is different from the private link)
