For project managers
As a Project Manager on a Wordscope Team subscription, you can use Wordscope for professional translation work under your organization’s paid plan when:
- Your team manager has an active Wordscope Team subscription, and
- Your email address appears on their team roster, and
- You have signed up (or logged in) with that same email address.
You get the same professional tool as your team manager, with the usage limits configured for your seat. You do not need your own subscription.
Linguist vs Project Manager: If you were invited only to translate a project (via a project link) and you are not on the team roster, you are a linguist, not a Project Manager. Linguists do not need a Wordscope account. This page is for roster members who manage projects.
Getting started
1️⃣ Wait for the invitation email from Wordscope (sent after your team manager adds you to the roster).
2️⃣ Follow the link in the email, or go to https://pro.wordscope.com.
3️⃣ Sign Up using the same email address your team manager added to the roster.
4️⃣ Confirm your account, then log in.
Confirm your access: Once your account is ready, open https://pro.wordscope.com/subscriptions to confirm you are on the organization’s Wordscope Team plan.
Already have an account? If you already have a Wordscope account with that email, log in rather than creating a second account.
Need more capacity? Your subscription is managed by your team manager. If you need more AI word capacity, contact them — they can see your usage on the roster and adjust Extra Volume or Cost Control.
Usage tab
The Usage tab is your personal dashboard for AI-assisted translation consumption during the current billing period.
You will typically see:
- Current usage period — start and end dates
- Words used — AI-assisted words consumed so far this period
- Your allowance — included words for your seat this period
- Progress bar — visual summary of consumption
- Words still available — included words remaining before your limit
What counts as word usage? Word usage is counted when you use AI assistance features (machine translation, ChatGPT, and similar tools in the editor) — not for every keystroke you type manually.
Note: When you view subscriptions as a team member, a banner shows that your subscription is managed by your team manager. Contact them if you need more capacity.
Projects this period
Below the summary, Projects this period lists your translation activity in detail:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Project / Task | Link to the job you worked on (when available). |
| Project name | Name or reference for the assignment. |
| Date | When usage was recorded. |
| Used words | Words counted for that project in this period. |
⚠️ If you run out of words
When your included words for the period are used up:
- AI-assisted features may stop until the next usage period, or until your team manager raises the limit.
- The page may show a notice asking you to contact the subscription owner — your team manager.
What to do: Contact your team manager. They manage seats and can see your usage on the roster. They may add Extra Volume or adjust Cost Control for the team.
What project managers do not see
Team manager only — the following are not visible to roster Project Managers:
- Billing, payment methods, invoices, or discount coupons
- Cost Control / Extra Volume purchase controls
- The full team roster with other members’ usage
- Plan downgrade, cancellation, or seat management
If your team access ends
If your team manager cancels the Wordscope Team subscription, downgrades in a way that removes your seat, or removes you from the roster, the change usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period (you may see status pending removal until then).
Access ends at period end: After the billing period ends, you no longer have Wordscope Team features under that organization. Back up any translation memories and glossaries you need before then. You may start or continue with your own trial or Individual subscription on subscriptions.php if you need independent access.
Email notifications: You will receive email notification when your team manager schedules a plan change, cancellation, or removal of your seat.

Quick tips
